Elite’s published requirements are a physical, open and unrestricted QLD licence held for at least 12 months, plus a major credit card. Identity checks apply and additional identification may be requested. Confirm eligibility with the team before booking.
What is the minimum age for self-drive hire?
Elite’s published minimums are 25 for luxury cars and 30 for supercars, with an open and unrestricted licence required. Confirm the requirement for your chosen vehicle before booking.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit is required when you pick up the vehicle. Confirm the bond amount and payment arrangements for your chosen car during booking.
Is mileage included in the hire?
Elite’s published allowances are 150 km per day for luxury vehicles and 100 km per day for supercars. Extra mileage is available at an additional cost. Confirm the classification, allowance and excess mileage rate for your chosen vehicle.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact Elite as soon as your plans change. Their published terms request at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees or losses, and the team can help with cancellation or rescheduling. Confirm the arrangements for your booking directly with Elite.
Do you offer longer hire periods?
Extended and long-term hire is available for most vehicles. Contact Elite with your dates and preferred car for a tailored quote.
Where is the service available?
Elite offers a drop-off service to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Speak to the team to arrange the location and details for your hire.
